Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
This form allows you to submit an online declaration of withdrawal for a contract where this right is granted by current regulations and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Submitting this form does not automatically guarantee the right to a return or refund. The seller will verify:
Compliance with the stipulated timeframes
The accuracy of the order details
The condition and type of the products in question
Any potential exclusions under Article 59 of the Consumer Code
If the right of withdrawal is applicable, it is considered exercised on the date and time the declaration is submitted, provided it is sent within the required deadline.
The automated email confirmation serves only as proof of receipt of your declaration. The seller will subsequently provide instructions for any necessary returns and the refund process.
